Why do my Virtual Cards show a 0.00 amount?

There are occasions where we have not received the charge amount from the booking site at the time we received the reservation but the card details are present. In this scenario you will see a 0.00 value in the Amount column.

You can search for all 0 amounts by selecting the More icon

There are occasions where we have not received the charge amount from the booking site at the time we received the reservation but the card details are present. In this scenario you will see a 0.00 value in the Amount column.

You can then manually update the amount

   

 

The card will then be automatically charged for that amount on the effective date of the card at 05:00 UTC

Should the effective date be in the past then you can find this payment in Open Charges
