      Automatic Payment Links

      To enable Smart Payments to automatically send Payment Links to your customers, we can create a policy that checks all incoming reservations for the necessary information to initiate a payment request.

      This policy examines the following details:

      • Rate Code
      • Source (booking site and/or PMS)
      • Arrival window

       

      By defining the required information, you can determine how the Payment Link should be sent:

      • Full amount of the reservation or a percentage of the reservation total
      • Additional charges to be added, such as Tourist Tax
      • Timing for sending the link (On Book date, X days after book date, or X days before arrival)
      • Frequency of reminders to be sent
      • Expiration date for the link
