      Can I see my Payment Users

      The Accounts section is where we see the list of users for the property.

      There are two types of users available.

      1. Hotel user – this grants access to the Payment Studio only in a Read Only capacity
      2. Payment admin – this grants access to the Payment Studio, generating payment links as well as Read Only access to the CONNECT studio

      To create a new account, request a password reset or reset authenticator please contact our Support team.
