How do I know if there is an outage?
Unfortunately, things go wrong sometimes and it is our aim to be open and honest when it does happen and provide you with as much information as possible.
Should there be an outage of any sort, whether the responsibility lies with us or any of our partners, we will communicate this to you via am e-mail notification.
When you don't receive these notifications please let us know so we can add you to the e-maillist.
If you hear about it before we do, we welcome you to let us know.
