      How do I request a new rate for the SmartIBE?

      To add a new rate to the SmartIBE, first you must provide SmartHOTEL with the rate information.

       

      Please send an email to our Support Team with the following information;

      • Rate Code
      • Rate Name
      • Rate Description

      The team will get this rate created for you and will request that you load your rates and restrictions for the new rate.  Once this has been done, you are able to add the rate to the IBE.

       

      Should you wish to update any of the descriptions or policies for the new rate, you can do this via the IBE Studio.  More information can be found here.
