How do you cancel a SmartIBE reservation?
Currently, it is not possible for a guest to cancel their reservation online, only by contacting the hotel directly. But this feature is coming soon!
However, the hotel is now able to cancel the reservation in the IBE Studio.
Simply locate the reservation by book date and select the Cancel option on the right
A cancellation email will be sent to the guest as well as your connected PMS.
