How to Fix a Gallery Layout That Became Too Narrow
If your gallery layout suddenly appears too narrow or broken on one of the languages, this is usually caused by an incorrect section or layout setting. Follow the steps below to reset the gallery and restore the correct display.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open the page in the editor
Navigate to the page where the gallery is and see if the gallery is displayed correctly in the other languages. In below video, you can see that the gallery is not displayed correctly in the Dutch version, but it is correct in the English page.
2. Duplicate the gallery on the page that is correct
Go the correct gallery page, select the gallery component and click on copy. Then go back to the language page whereby it is not displayed correctly.
3. Check the section layout
Go to the layout or section settings on the page that is not correct. Click on paste. Then you drag the section to the place where it should be displayed. It will move the wrong section which can be removed once the new section is on the right spot.
4. Publish the page
Once the page is published, the gallery should display correctly again with the proper width.
