Managing Package Photos in the Hoteliers.com Booking Engine

Easily add, update, or replace package photos in your Hoteliers.com booking engine to ensure your packages are visually appealing and up-to-date.

To manage your package photos, log in to your dashboard via dashboard.hoteliers.com.


1. Adding a Photo to a Package

To add a photo to a package in your Hoteliers.com Booking Engine, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Content Management and click on the name of the package for which you want to add a photo.

  2. Photos can be added in two sections:

    • Package Image: This is where you upload the main photo that will be displayed first in your hotel's booking engine.
    • Extra Package Images: This is where you can add additional photos for the package.

Steps to Add the Main Photo:

  1. Under Package Image, click on the Change button.
  2. A pop-up window will appear. Click Choose file.
  3. Select a photo from your computer, click Open, and then click Save.
  4. Once the photo is successfully uploaded, it will appear in the pop-up window.
  5. Click Close window at the bottom right to close the pop-up.

Steps to Add Extra Photos:

  1. Under Extra Package Images, click the Change button.
  2. A pop-up window will appear where you can add up to 12 additional photos.
  3. Click on an Edit link next to an empty slot, then click Choose file.
  4. Select a photo from your computer, click Open, and then click Save.
  5. Repeat the above steps to add more photos.
  6. Once all photos have been uploaded, click Close window at the bottom right.
  7. Finally, click Save package to save all changes.

2. Replacing an Existing Photo in a Package

To replace an existing photo in the Hoteliers.com Booking Engine, follow these steps:

  1. To replace the main photo, click the Change button under Package Image. Follow the same steps as mentioned above to upload a new photo.

  2. To replace an extra photo, click the Change button under Extra Package Images. Select the Edit link under the specific photo you want to replace, and follow the steps to upload a new image.

  3. Once done, don’t forget to click Save package to confirm the changes.
