The Channel Manager Copy Tool allows you to easily copy all rates, restrictions, and inclusions from one channel rate to another. This guide will explain how to use this tool effectively within the SiteMinder Channel Manager.
How to Use the Channel Manager Copy Tool

Go to Rooms & Rates:
- In the SiteMinder Channel Manager, navigate to Rooms & Rates and click on Room Types.

Select the Rate to Copy From:
- In the channel drop-down for the room rate you want to copy, select the channel name/rate name you wish to copy from.
- Click on the Copy Tool option.

Choose the Rate to Copy To:
- From the drop-down list, select the channel rate to which you want to copy the settings.

Select the Copy Options:
- Check the options you wish to copy, such as rates, restrictions, or inclusions.
- Click Copy to complete the process.

Verify the Changes:
- Once the copy is complete, you can verify the copied settings by viewing the channel rates under Inventory.
Important Notes:
- The functionality of the copy tool may vary between channels. Some settings may not be available for copying across certain channels.
