      Virtual Cards Overview

      On the Payments page you can set the filter to Virtual card to see all of that payment type

      If you are viewing the page by Created Date then the Effective date is when the card can be charged.

      If you are viewing the page by Arrival Date then the Effective date is when the guest arrives

      You can click on any entry to get more information

      Virtual Cards always go through an authorization process at the time of booking.  This is to check the validity of the card. On the day of the charge, the payment provider will check for available funds and then capture them.
