      The working day is over, but you have an emergency you need the SmartHOTEL support team for. See below for when our emergency line is available.

      Monday until Thursday

      06:00 PM until 08:00 AM CET / CEST

       

      Weekend 

      Friday 06:00 PM until Monday 08:00 AM CET / CEST

       

      The entire day during public holidays

      • 1st of January
      • Easter Monday
      • Kings Day (27th of April, The Netherlands only)
      • Ascension day
      • Pentecost Monday
      • Liberation day (once every 5 years, the Netherlands only) 
      • Christmas (25th & 26th of December)
