Booking.com: Invalid Credit Cards & No Shows
It is now possible to mark reservations as "no show" or "invalid credit card" at Booking.com through our Extranet.
Go to the SmartHOTEL reservation overview, and you will notice that your Booking.com reservations have tick boxes which gives you the option to change the reservation at Booking.com.
By selecting one of these options, the information will be interfaced back to Booking.com to report the reservation as a "no Show" or that the card details are invalid, thus removing the need to log into the Booking.com extranet.
