In this manual we explain step-by-step how you add photos to a room and how to replace existing photos at a room in your booking engine.

1. Add photo to a room
Go to Content management and click under Rooms on the name of the room for which you want to add a photo. Adding room photos is possible at Room Image and Extra Room Images.
Adding a main photo is possible at Room Image. The photo you add here will be displayed first in the booking engine of your hotel.
Click on change. A pop-up window will open where you click Choose file. Choose a photo from a folder on your computer, click Open and then Save. When the photo has been successfully saved, the photo will be displayed in the pop-up screen. Click on the bottom right on close window to close this screen.
Adding extra photos is possible at Extra room images.
Click on change. A pop-up screen opens. A maximum of 12 extra photos can be added. Click on an Edit link and then on Choose file. Choose a photo from a folder on your computer, click Open and then Save. When the photo has been successfully saved, the photo will be displayed in the pop-up screen. If you want to add another photo, click on the following Edit link and repeat the steps above.
When all extra photos have been added, click on the close window at the bottom right to close this screen. Finally click on Save room data. The main photo under Room Image and the first photo under Extra room images are now shown in the boxes.
2. Replace existing photo with a room
If you wish to replace the added main photo, click on the change button under Room Image. You then go through the same steps as described above.
If you want to replace one of the extra photos, click on the change button under Extra room images and then on Edit-link under the photo to be replaced.. You then go through the same steps as described above.
Finally, don't forget to click on the Save room data button to save the changes.
