Cross-Selling Multiple Hotels in the Hoteliers.com Booking Engine

With cross-selling functionality, you can guide guests to partner hotels when your hotel has no availability. This allows you to offer an alternative and retain potential bookings within your network of partner hotels.

How to Activate Cross-Selling

To activate cross-selling and display partner hotels when there is no availability at your property, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to dashboard.hoteliers.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Booking Engine.
  3. Click on Whitelabel+ Settings located on the left side of the screen.
  4. Scroll down to Cross Sell Hotels (comma separated).
  5. Enter the Hotel ID numbers of your partner hotels, separated by commas. These hotels will be shown when your hotel is fully booked.
    • If you don’t know the Hotel ID number of a partner hotel, go to Content Management > Hotel Main Info. You can find the Hotel ID at the top of the page.
