Disputes handling Adyen
This article will guide you trough your dispute handling within Adyen
Login to your Adyen account on:
https://essentials-live.adyen.com/
Click on Disputes:
Here you will find an overview of the disputes and the status:
Select the Dispute that you want to investigate. This will bring you to the next screen:
This screen gives you all the information and also the days left to defend. You can either accept the charge back when the guest is right or handle the dispute by selecting what happened and uploading your proof.
After this you need to keep checking the status of the dispute.
