      How do I define terms for my Pay by Link policies

      The terms defines what percentage should be taken, when it's taken and when it is due

      When policies are created for Pay by Link we define the Terms for the policy.

      • Amount: This is the % of the reservation total being requested
      • Start: When do we send the email (days after booking or days before arrival)
      • Due: When does the link expire (days after booking or days before arrival)

      It is not possible to generate payment links for reservations arriving within the next 24 hours (today and tomorrow).  This is because the expiry term must be at least 1 day (24 hours) and the policy will not be applicable due to link expiring on or after arrival date.
