      The Availability Grid

      If The Availability grid shows you what data we have received for your inventory, rates and restrictions.  This data is being used to advertise your rooms and rates online.

      View by Inventory

      This is the default view and shows the number of available rooms to book

      If the value seen is -1 this means we haven't received your inventory data and therefore it's not bookable online

      View by Room

      Simply add in the Room Code to view all the rates attached to that room

      View by Rate

      Simply add the Rate Code to view that rate for all rooms

      If the rate value is 0.00 this means we don't have your pricing and therefore it's not bookable online

      View by Restriction

      You can see the restrictions applied by rate code by choosing Restrictions
