      Updating your rate information

      Select the "edit" action of the rate you want to amend

      Update the descriptions , then press "Save"

      Please be careful about changing other elements in the rate as it could affect how it is sold online.  If you want to change the way the rate is being advertised then please discuss this with the SmartHOTEL team.

      Should you wish to add a new rate to SmartIBE please speak with the SmartHOTEL team so they can get this created

      You will need to let them know the following details;

      • PMS Rate Code
      • PMS Rate Name

      Once the team have created the rate and added it to your IBE it will be bookable online.
