      Viewing and Editing my Confirmations

      You can customise the confirmation templates used in the Email templates section.

      You will have a template for the email as well as the PDF.  The PDF contains more reservation information, including guest data, so it is recommended to keep the email template brief.

      All email templates are fully customizable to your hotels' branding

       

      Do not change any of the HTML content where the tokens are being held as this could corrupt the template and your confirmations won't work.
