What information do we need if your email is provided by another party?

Your IT manager can help you sign up for such a service. During the installation process, your IT manager sends us the server addresses (IP addresses) to which all e-mail traffic will be forwarded.

If your IT manager or email provider has set up an Exchange Server for you, they can request our support team to route all email traffic to that Exchange Server.

We will need all the required DNS settings, including:
  • TXT records for verification
  • MX records including priority for forwarding all email
  • TXT records for SPF to prevent spam
  • SRV records if applicable

We will change the DNS settings on the requested date around 10.00 am. The change must be requested at least 2 working days in advance.
