      Why do I see a price of 9999.00 in the channel manager?

      When rates are created in the channel manager, we use a default price of 9999.00 to create the allotment.

      The PMS should then be sending the rates that are to be connected to the booking sites.  If we don't load a default price then there is the risk that your rooms will sell for free

      If you ever see the 9999 price in the channel manager or on the booking sites then please check that you have loaded the prices in your PMS to send to SmartHOTEL.
