Where can I change my account details?

If you want to change your personal settings in the Extranet, you can do this easily once you have logged into the Extranet.

Once logged in, you will go directly to the Dashboard screen. If you haven’t verified your email address, we encourage you to do so as this will be required for PCI compliance.

Upon the first login, we encourage you to go to the  ''Channel Manager User'' option on the left and check all of your details.

From here you can update your name, your password and even your language preferences.  If you have not yet verified your email, you can do so here.

Please note your password must have at least 7 characters and contain at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one numeric character.
