Why am I seeing different timestamps on my bookings?

Sometimes it seems that bookings take a couple of hours to deliver to the PMS, but that is because our system shows different time zones on the timestamps.

Because our booking sites are located around the world, and all have their servers in different time zones, we use UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to keep everything in line.

Therefore, when you look at reservations in our system, it may seem that bookings are taking up to 2 hours to deliver to the PMS whereas in fact, it's only taking minutes.

Here we explain what we mean!

CET to UTC = + 1 hr GMT to UTC = same
CEST to UTC = + 2 hr  BST to UTC = + 1 hr
