Changing or adding FAQ in your website

It is now possible to display frequently asked questions (FAQ) in a structured way on the Hotel Website. By providing concise questions and answers, the website is easier to navigate for guests and is better optimized for search engines.

Changing an existing FAQ

There are 5 automatically generated FAQ on the homepage of your website.
You can change them as follows:

  • Click on "Pages" in your CMS
  • Click on the homepage. You can recognize it by the star in front of the name

  • Click on the content item with the layout called "FAQ"

  • Here you can change the title and edit the content of the questions and answers. Click on one of the questions to edit it.

  • Or press "Add FAQ" to add a new one.

Add a new block of FAQ on a page

If the FAQ content item is not yet on a page, or if you want to add multiple FAQ sections on a page, you can add a new FAQ content item:
  • In your CMS, click on "Pages".
  • Click on the page where you wish to add the FAQ.
  • Click on "Add content" in the top right-hand corner.

  • Select the option "FAQ" under "Layout".

  • Fill in a title and save the content item.
  • Then go back to the content item that has just been created. To do so, click on the content item with the Layout called 'FAQ'.

  • Then add questions and answers by clicking on "Add FAQ".
