Pay by Link policy

A Pay by Link policy allows you to send an automated email to the guest requesting payment via a link instead of taking payment automatically.

Pay by Link requests can be created using the policies.  When to send the link, when it expires and a reminder email can also be configured. 

The customer will receive an email on the effective date and also on the reminder schedule until the expiry date.  At this point, the hotel will be notified that the link has expired and to follow up directly with the customer.
