Restarting my terminal to solve issues
Should you have an issue with your terminal then please try the following steps;
- Restart terminal
- Still issues? Take out the battery for 30 seconds
- Still issues? Do a hardware test on the terminal
Terminal Replacement Program
If your terminals are covered in the Terminal Replacement Program (TRS), we can order a new terminal for you if the fault is covered by the TRS.
To request a replacement terminal, please send an email to support@smarthotel.nl with the following information:
A photo of the terminal serial number.
The serial number can be found at the back of the terminal next to the barcode.- If the terminal can still be turned on:
- A photo of the hardware test results
- A short video of what goes wrong when you try to make a payment.
