Restarting my terminal to solve issues

Should you have an issue with your terminal then please try the following steps;

  1. Restart terminal
  2. Still issues? Take out the battery for 30 seconds
  3. Still issues? Do a hardware test on the terminal

If issues persist, please email support@smarthotel.nl with a photo of the hardware test results together with a short video of what goes wrong when you try to make a payment.
