How do I change a room name or add custom names?
You can call your rooms whatever you wish, as long as it makes sense!
Please note that not all users will be able to make these changes due to limited user rights. Do you wish for more user rights? Check out this article: I want to manage more things myself in the Extranet, what do I do?
To change the name of a room, go into the Room menu and click on the room you wish to rename. You can also give the room names in different languages. These will be visible in the language defined by the user logged in.
Please ensure that the description is logical as your support team need to understand it to do the mapping.
Under no circumstances should the code be changed unless agreed with the support team and your PMS provider.
