An outage could be anything from delays in the system, a booking site crashing or issues with data communication.
Unfortunately, things go wrong sometimes, and it is our outlook to be open and honest when it does happen and provide you with as much information as possible.
Should there be an outage of any sort, whether the responsibility lies with us or any of our partners, we will communicate this to you via your support team.
