How can I manually change the availability?
When you are connected to a PMS, in most cases you will only need to make manual changes in case of emergency. When you use the Channel Manager as standalone, you will always need to change your allotment manually in the Extranet.
In case you have a PMS connection please note: Any manual changes made within the extranet may be over-ridden by any messages being uploaded from your interfaced PMS, therefore, it is advisable to only make manual changes should you be experiencing interface issues. All manual changes are logged against the User and therefore you hold responsibility for any changes manually made (see Logs).
Manually changing availability
- Go to ''Rates & Availability'' in the left-hand menu
- Click on the date you want to change the availability of
- Adjust (if needed) the date range
- Adjust (if needed) the days of week selection
- Adjust the availability
- Click on the save button
NOTE: It is not recommended to make multiple changes on the pop-up screen (rates, restrictions and inventory) Only change one type at a time
