I don't have an User Account yet, how do I proceed?

You do not have a User Account for the Channel Manager yet, or maybe you need another one for a new colleague. No problem, you can easily request this at the support team.

Please send an e-mail to support@smarthotel.nl and request a new user account for the Channel Manager. We are happy to help! Do you or your colleague need some extra information about the functionalities of the Channel Manager? That's okay, you can request this as well.
