About changing rates, availability and restriction in the extranet

When you are connected to a PMS, in most cases you will only need to make manual changes in case of emergency. When you use the Channel Manager as standalone, you will always need to change your allotment manually in the Extranet.

In case you have a PMS connection please note: Any manual changes made within the extranet may be over-ridden by any messages being uploaded from your interfaced PMS. Therefore, it is advisable only to make manual changes should you be experiencing interface issues. All manual changes are logged against the User, and therefore you hold responsibility for any changes manually made (see Logs).
